  1. General Terms

1.1 These Promotional Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy which can be found via our website: www.stourcotedentalpractice.co.uk Any participant of the Promotion is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Promotions Terms and Conditions and the Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Promotions are open to residents of England and Wales only, who must be aged 18 or over.

1.2 Only one Promotion can be applied at a time. A Promotion may not be used in combination with other Promotions, or exchanged with any other discounts or be substituted or redeemed for cash, except where specified by us.

1.3 Excluded products or treatments will not qualify or be redeemable as a Promotion.

1.4 All Promotions are subject to availability of appointments and your suitability for the treatment as a patient. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, end this Promotion at any time or alter these Promotional Terms and Conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.

1.5 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any Promotion or any failure or inability by you to take advantage of a Promotion for any reason.

1.6 Additional treatment may be recommended at an additional cost. Any additional treatment and cost will be discussed with you before being carried out.

1.7 Product and treatment prices are subject to change.

1.8 All Promotions will state the opening date and time and the closing date and time, and the Promotion will only be open for that term.

  1. Additional Terms for “Winter Whitening Offer” Promotion

2.1 Offer and dates. The “Winter Whitening” promotional price applies to Boutique home teeth whitening supplied by Stourcote Dental Practice between 1st November and 31st January 2025, inclusive.

2.2 Eligibility. Patients must be aged 18 or over. Whitening is only available if, in the clinical judgment of a Stourcote dentist, you are dentally suitable for whitening. A suitability assessment is required before treatment. If you are not clinically suitable, no whitening will be provided.

2.3 Price and what’s included. The promotional price is £299 for Boutique home whitening per patient, previously advertised above £420. The price includes one whitening consultation, one set of custom trays and whitening gel in quantities consistent with the Boutique whitening protocol used by the practice, and one standard follow-up as clinically required for whitening. The price does not include any other dental treatment (for example, hygiene treatment, fillings, or other clinically required work) which may be necessary to achieve dental suitability before whitening. Any such additional treatment will be discussed with you and is chargeable at the practice’s usual fees.

2.4 Patient status and consultation fees. The promotional price of £299 applies to patients who are already registered with Stourcote Dental Practice and regularly attend for dental care, and includes the whitening consultation. New patients may also be eligible for this offer provided they pay the standard new patient consultation fee of £54 and are deemed clinically suitable for whitening following this assessment.

2.5 Booking and deposits. Online and in-practice booking is available for whitening assessments. Deposit and cancellation terms are available from the practice on request.

2.6 Time limits for treatment. The suitability assessment must be completed during the offer period. If you are confirmed as suitable, you must commence whitening within 4 weeks of the assessment, subject to the clinician’s advice. If you do not commence treatment within that timeframe, the practice may charge its usual price.

2.7 Non-transferable; no combination. The offer is personal to the patient and cannot be transferred. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

2.8 Marketing and imagery. Any images used are for illustrative purposes only. Results vary between individuals.
